We recommend reading the instructions for use, washing and storage on the labels, as some garments have unique handcrafted finishes. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase.
The company has 15 business days to process and respond to requests or claims, whether by repairing, exchanging, refunding, denying the request or justifying its compliance.
The period for repairs is 30 business days, for replacements 10 business days and for refunds 30 calendar days, counting from the time the product is available to the consumer.
The consumer has 30 calendar days from the purchase or delivery to request an exchange, provided that the product is in perfect condition, with original labels and packaging. Promotional items are exchanged only for quality. Exchanges for size, color or reference are not made for discounted products. If the exchange is valid and belongs to the current collection, it is made for products of equal or greater value, subject to availability. If there is no availability, a credit valid for one year will be offered.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. Hygiene, biosecurity or delicate products, such as underwear, intimate garments, and those with defects due to improper use or washing, cannot be exchanged.
DELIVERY OF THE GARMENT
Cariño Santo ensures the delivery of the product to the address provided by the customer during the purchase process. In order for your order to be delivered within the stipulated time, we suggest that you reveal the exact address, so that the order can be delivered during normal business hours. We are not responsible for errors in delivery when there are differences between the address entered by the customer and the actual address.
DELIVERY TIME
- Cariño Santo carries out shipments using the services of external transport companies.
- Major cities are 6 to 8 business days in Colombia
- Cities and/or surrounding towns between 8 to 12 business days, in Colombia
Delivery times will be governed by the times stipulated by each transport company, which depend on the location of the recipient.
The contracted logistics provider only carries out operations on business days from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and bank holidays) from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The estimated delivery times by the transport company are subject to unforeseen events that may occur on the different routes in the country.
The delivery time for international shipments will be established by the logistics operator.
SHIPPING COST
At the time of making your purchase, the shipping cost will appear as an additional item to the selected products and can be clearly identified before finalizing your order. This cost will be assumed and must be paid by the customer in the purchase process.
The shipping cost varies according to the weight, height, length and depth of the package.
The insurance value of each order will be the value of the purchase and must be assumed by the customer at the time of closing the purchase, in order to secure the financial resources made by the customer. This applies to national and international shipments.
